Additionally, you can expect us to have your office chair ready for use within 3-5 working days after confirming your order, with flexible scheduling to include after-hours delivery.
Please be mindful that, on occasion, delivery times may be extended slightly due to unforeseen traffic delays. Additionally, should your office or home office lack elevator access, a manageable surcharge of $10 per level per item will be required for manual delivery. Also, note that while we offer free delivery across a broad area, certain outlying regions might be subject to extra charges.

Cancellation Policy and Warranty
Whether you purchase a chest of drawers or an office chair from us, you can expect complete satisfaction from our service. What’s more, we understand the importance of making the right choice for your workspace. As such, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy within seven days of delivery for all non-customised, non-clearance office chairs.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the office chairs must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. Also, a restocking fee may be applied to office chair returns.
Should you choose to pay with cash or by cheque and decide to return the product, we will issue a refund via cheque after the returned chair has been received and passed our quality inspection. We rigorously assess each return to ensure it meets our high standards, and we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these criteria.
Our office chairs come with a minimum 6-month warranty, reflecting our confidence in the quality and endurance of our products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, offering you peace of mind in your purchase. Please note that the warranty does not extend to damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or if the chair was installed by the customer or is a clearance item.
