Great service. Seller will contact immediately to arrange for delivery. I got mine in less than 5 days since I made a special request. They are very nice and will try to adjust their delivery timing with you although they have very tigh schedule. Matrress is firm and confortable to sleep . Since I have long term back pain issue, I am sensitive to mattress firmness. Mattress was delivered wrapped in plastic. Delivery man help to dispose the old mattress too. This is a very convenient service for me with no extra charges . this is one of the reason I purchased from this seller.

I think the service is very good and the mattress feels more expensive than the price I paid for it! Love it No regret buying. Order Queen size on Monday and came on Thursday

So pleased with my new bed which was delivered today. Writing as the service was so good I wanted to point it out. Delivery and installation guys were so helpful and cleaned up everything straight after! Couldn't ask for better.

At first, i am worried after reading some comments abt delivery timing. Lucky my delivery was smooth. Delivery was arranged a day before and delivery man called half hr upon arriving. Mattress and bed frame were good n worth the price. my parents very like it
